What precautions should be taken when disconnecting the battery and removing ignition coils on 2007 Volkswagen Rabbit?

When disconnection of the battery is done, some of the systems need to be re-learned. Unscrew the negative side and take out the engine cover and deal with ignition coils. Removal of coils is done using special tool #T40039 or screwdrivers. Use silicone dielectric compound on the spark plug boots and then reinstall them again but in reverse order.
