How to replace the Rack and Pinion Boot and reinstall the wheel on 2017 Volkswagen Jetta?

Unscrew the lug nuts, place the car on jackstands and take off the wheel. Dis-assemble the tie-rod end and boot clamps and slide off the old boot. Install new steering rod threads, new boot and clamps, reconnect the tie-rod end, and put the wheel back. Reduce the vehicle and screw up lug nuts.
