How to remove and install the steering column on 2019 Volkswagen Golf?

To take out the steering column, pull the vehicle in park, take the negative vehicle battery terminal out, and turn off the airbag. Take off covers, steering wheel and lower instrument panel trim. Disassemble wiring, take off the universal joint, and direct the column out. Installation/Re-installation: install in reverse order, making sure that the torque and alignment are correct.
