How to replace Side View Mirrors, including the mirror glass and motor on 2019 Volkswagen Golf R?

Make sure that the ignition switch is off. In the case of the interior mirror, remove the mirror body or turn the base 90-degrees up and down to install another one. In case of external mirrors, take out the door panel, unplug the electrical connector and attach the mirror. Take the glass and the motor out with a trim tool.
