The next step presupposes that the Fuel Pump is fed with the voltage and is operational. Switch off the engine; it should not take the fuel pressure less than 14.5 psi within ten minutes. In case it is, there is a possibility that it is a leaking Fuel Injector, leak in the fuel line, or a broken fuel pump. Lastly, release the fuel system pressure and unhook the fuel pressure gauge then hook up the fuel line once again to the fuel filter.
