How to remove and install a window switch on a window winder motor on 2002 Volkswagen Cabrio?

In order to remove the window winder motor, unscrew the regulator assembly, then unscrew the screws holding the motor of the regulator. Installation requires wetting the motor gear, cleaning the regulator and aligning the motor to the regulator. Tighten all the bolts successfully and reload the regulator assembly.
