How to remove and install the blower motor through the glove box on 2004 Volkswagen Passat?

Take the glove box and its support brace off, detach the electrical connector of the blower motor and decouple the wiring harness to the plastic retainer. Loosen the screws of the screwdriver that hold the blower motor and remove the blower motor through the glove box slot. Install Revert these steps to install it again.
