How to remove and install the blower motor and its control module on 2007 Volkswagen Rabbit?

The blower motor has a blower control module which cannot be replaced independently. Take the trim panel out of the glove box, unplug the electrical connector of the blower motor and pull the motor out by turning it counterclockwise. Installation is the opposite; make sure that the housing touches the stop.
