In order to reconnect a disconnected battery, de-press the fuel tank, unplug the negative terminal, and take off the engine cover and the air filter. Disconnect the vacuum and coolant lines, disconnect high-pressure fuel pump (four cylinders only). Wipe downs, change a new gasket and put it back together backwards.
