How to remove and install the Air Temperature Sensor on 2017 Volkswagen Jetta?

This procedure is for 2.0L turbocharged CBFA and CCTA engines. For other engines, the IAT is part of the MAP sensor. For 2018 and later 1.4L engines, it's integrated into the MAF sensor. Remove the engine cover, disconnect the IAT sensor, and reinstall it in reverse order.
