How to remove and install the Harmonic Balancer on the drivebelt on 2017 Volkswagen Jetta?

In order to remove the drivebelt, align the engine to TDC and clamp the crankshaft using a two-pin spanner when attaching the pulley bolts in the process of unscrewing it. Chain wrenches should be avoided to avoid damage. Once the pulley is removed, rub crankshaft seal with oil, replace any leaking seals and fit new hand-tight bolts. Reinstallation Reverse order.
