How to remove and install the rear wheel and brake components on a Stub Axle on Volkswagen Golf?

Undo the bolts that are holding the rear wheels, lift up the rear of the car and put it on jackstands to ensure that it is well supported and then loosen the bolts of the rear wheel and take off the wheel. Gently loosen the parking brake tension then loosen the screw that holds the drum and the drum. Then take out the brake shoes and wheel cylinder. Removal of dust cap on the hub should be done taking care to ensure that every time the dust cap is removed it should be replaced.
