The steps include loosening the rear wheel bolts, lifting the rear part of the vehicle and holding it in place on jackstands and blocking the front wheels to ensure they do not roll over. Disassemble the rear wheels and the lower control arm stone trim protector when installed. The second step is to remove the mounting fasteners of the stabilizer bar links and dissociate the links to the bar, where the right-hand part is depicted as the left one. Pull out the stabilizer bar and remove stabilizer bar clamp mounting fasteners. Check the stabilizer bar bushings and linking bushings to any cracks, tears, or signs of wear and tear, replacing them where necessary, inspecting the ballstuds at the ends of the links when needed and checking them to be loose. To install, simply revert the steps undertaken during the removal process and all fixtures should be tightened to the recommended torque levels after which the wheel bolts should be tightened to the intended torque.
