Take off the engine cover, and unwind the cable of the negative side of the battery. Lift the front part of the vehicle and place it on jackstands. Take out the splash shield used under the vehicle. In the case of a four cylinder engine, eliminate the air inlet duct. When fitted with a noise generator, unscrew the locking ring of the charge air pipe, unplug the electrical connector, unscrew the mounting fastener, and the left side charge air pipe. Gently unscrew the red locking tab with a small screwdriver then unconnect the electrical connector of the cooling fan harness. Dislodge the cooling fan shroud attaching fasteners and extract the assembly at the bottom of the car. Unplug and dismount the electrical connector of the cooling fans, detach and remove the cooling fan motor fasteners and fans of the shroud. In case of damage of the fans or motor it is possible to change the fan blade by removing the fan blade off the motor. The rest of the installation is the opposite of the removal process.
