How to remove and install Windshield Wiper Motors and Wiper Linkage on 2001 Volkswagen Cabrio?

To install/change the wiper motor, disconnect the battery, unclip the rubber seal, remove wiper arms and disconnect the wiper motor. The trim cover is unscrewed, the wiring is removed and the motor assembly is removed. Installation will require reassembly of the motor, tightening of bolts, reconnecting wiring, and reinstallation of the trim covers and wiper arms.
