How to remove and reinstall Windshield Wiper Motors on 2002 Volkswagen Cabrio?

In order to take off the wiper motor, unscrew the wiper arm and wiper nut and then the washer. Take off the liftgate trim panel and washer hose and wiring. Unscrew motor bolts, retrieve grommet and examine spacers. To install, reverse the guidelines making sure that everything is held in place.
