How to remove and install front and rear bumpers on 2007 Volkswagen Rabbit?

In order to take off the front bumper cover, lift the vehicle, splash shield and fasteners, then take off the grille and upper fasteners. In the case of the rear bumper, remove wheelwell fasteners, lower fasteners and upper fasteners and slide the cover out. The process of reinstallation is reversed and fasteners should be installed loosely at first.
