How to remove and install the turbocharger and exhaust manifold for Four-cylinder engines on 2004 Volkswagen Passat?

The engine cover can be removed by removing the air intake duct and cleaner housing and then lifting the vehicle and taking off the splash guard. Unscrew turbocharger bolts, disconnect the oil supply line and the heat shield. Take-off the turbocharger and exhaust manifold, clean the surfaces, mount a new gasket, and assemble again, checking leakages.
