How to remove and install the rear sway bar and rear sway bar bushing while inspecting its components on Volkswagen Rabbit?

Unscrew the bolts connecting the wheel at the back, lift the back of the car, and stand it on jackstands making sure that the front wheels are blocked. Take out the rear wheels and lower control arm stone trim protector (when fitted). Then remove the mounting fasteners of the stabilizer bar links and detach the links out of the bar. Next take out the stabilizer bar and stabilizer bar clamp mounting fasteners. Check the stability bar bushings and link bushings to verify their presence of any cracks or tears and any indications of wear and tear, replacing them as necessary and ensure that the ends of the links have their ballstuds checked to ensure that they are not loose. To install, invert the procedure of removing and make sure all the fasteners are tighter and tighter than the required torque parameter and tighten the wheel bolts.
